น้ำมันปลาโอเมก้า-3 1200 มก. (โอเมก้า-3 ออกฤทธิ์ 360 มก.)

Been taking these after breakfast for a few weeks now, and the softgels are small enough that they don't get stuck in my throat. Noticed the dosage is clear on the label too, so I know exactly what I'm getting with each 1200mg serving.

The 360mg of active EPA and DHA per softgel is exactly the dosage I was looking for, and it's been easy on my stomach even taken on an empty-ish morning. I've been taking one a day for three weeks now and my joints feel noticeably less cranky after my runs.

No fishy aftertaste at all, which is huge for me since I usually dread these. The 360 mg of active EPA and DHA per softgel means I only need one a day, and the bottle has lasted me a solid two months so far.
