Biotin 5000 mcg

My hair and nails have definitely been growing faster since I started these, and the softgels are small enough that I don’t dread taking them every morning. Three weeks in, no weird aftertaste or stomach issues, which was my main worry with any supplement.

Softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave that weird aftertaste some supplements do. I’ve been taking one with breakfast for about a month now, and my nails are finally growing without peeling constantly.

Three weeks in and my hair’s been shedding way less in the shower, plus the softgels are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. The 60-count bottle lasts me a solid two months, and since biotin’s a B vitamin that supports energy metabolism, I’ve noticed I’m not dragging by mid-afternoon either.
