Vitamin E-1000 IU

The rapid release capsules dissolve fast enough that I notice them working before I even finish my morning routine. That dl-Alpha form is exactly what my doctor said to look for, and the 1000 IU strength is spot on for my daily needs.

These softgels are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste, which matters when you take them daily. The rapid release formula seems to kick in quickly, and I've noticed my skin feels less dry since starting this 1000 IU dose.

The softgels are easy to swallow, and the rapid release formula seems to kick in without that heavy aftertaste I've had with other brands. I've been taking one a day for a couple weeks now, and my skin does feel a bit less dry, though it's hard to say if that's the vitamin or just the weather.
